on another Cloudy Day
Ok, it's been crazy around here. Between getting ready to open registration, hubby running off on a backpacking trip and Grandma on vacation, I have been mother 24-7 and I need a break.
Today I'd also like a break in the clouds. Just this morning I finished the last of the projects that will be shown in tomorrow's reveal and ALL the photographs need to be taken today. So that's just a leetle pressure.
I was lucky to find a spot in our house where the sun is obliging. See, I've almost received all of the blocks from my bee friends at the Love circle.
It's a pretty cool bunch of polaroids! I really like what happens when I throw them together like this. Maybe I can do that in quilt form? The wheels are starting to turn.
Meanwhile, I'm off to bake a batch of cookies for my friend who's birthday is today. I've got 33 minutes until it's time to leave and the kids are in "rest time" so the kitchen is all my own. Wish me luck! Pretty sure I need it.
