what if I did the original Penny sampler?
the difference
The original Penny Sampler course focused on three techniques: appliqué, precise traditional piecing and machine paper piecing. The quilt was nordic-inspired with blocks made in all three techniques. Some of the traditional piecing was a bit tricky.
Our Penny Sampler Pattern Club is designed to be a bit more accessible (by using only machine paper piecing) and a lot more customizable. It retains my dynamic modern sampler layout, but most everything else changes if you choose the Dutch version of the quilt. To create this club, I’ve redesigned many of the nordic-themed blocks as paper pieced blocks and updated some of the paper pieced ones. Plus, of course, I’ve created a lot of new blocks! That’s why this club stands alone and is not offered as an upgrade or extension product. Sorry - no discounts.
If you loved the original Penny Sampler, you’ll definitely enjoy our club. There is plenty of new material to keep you engaged and to make several new quilts. If you are still sewing the original Penny Sampler, feel free to sew-along with us in 2020 and use the community hashtag. We’d love to see what you’re making too!
can I cancel?
that depends
The monthly subscription is cancellable. The annual subscription is not. Since this is a digital product, I do not offer refunds.
If you’re not perfectly delighted, please share any feedback with me on how I can improve.
