just in time!
Hello again, friends! I hope you all had a nice weekend and that those of you who celebrate Easter had a special time with family, faith and friends.
I did finish Aria's dress, just in time. I had to push through on Saturday afternoon/evening, a feeling which reminded me why I don't prefer to work under pressure. I just don't thrive under that last minute rush. Some people do, right? I'm so glad I was working with a familiar, well-written pattern at least!
Anyhoo, we took a break from croquet on yesterday's beautiful, sunny Easter afternoon to take some pictures of miss Aria in her Morning Walk Marissa dress. Fabrics provided by Fat Quarter Shop from Leah Duncan's latest collection. It's lovely, don't you think?
With lengthened straps, this size 9/10 will fit her throughout the summer and maybe into next year. Because the years run along so fast, don't they? Let's be grateful for each and every sunny spring day, each twirly girly dress and every warm smile.
Happy Spring!
