Drumroll for our next winner - - -
There’s just one month left in our 30 day challenge! I am working on design #15. How about you? Log 30 design moments now through end of September - that’s the goal. Click over to 30 Days of Quilt Design to get all the details!
Today I visited our Instagram hashtag #30DaysofQuiltDesign to locate our random winner. Congratulations to @InfectiousStitches whose design Nine Patch Meets Lonestar was randomly selected!
nine patch meets lonestar
day no. 5 @Infectiousstitches
“What happens when you mix up a nine patch block with one of the points in a lonestar block? Something that makes me excited to start sewing! I'll first need to finish the FPP templates though - - -”
x-tra
day no. 2 @Infectiousstitches
“I wondered what would happen if a 3-sided log cabin was tilted 45 degrees to create an X-shape where 4 blocks meet. The answer is something awesome. I really want to make this one and I think it would also make a great quilt pattern.”
Swirl
Day no. 3 @Infectiousstitches
“A single block made from rectangles gives several layout options. This is the first, in which the horizontal and vertical strips both create a swirly pattern. This layout uses 16 blocks, 8 of which are a mirror image.”
